Decapping Machine Cap-pulling machine can be used alone, or online layout.Realize pipeline operations.The cap pulling head is mainly composed of cap pulling claw, cylinder and other components. The cap pulling head can be adjusted up and down, and the cap pulling claw can be fine-tuned. It does not hurt the bottle mouth and has strong applicability to different bottle mouths.The host machine is controlled by PLC. When the bottle runs to the cap-pulling position, the cap-pulling head drops, the cap-pulling claw grasps the edge of the bucket mouth cover, and the bucket is lifted and the lid is pulled out.

Washing Part When the power is connected, the PLC power starts to work, control the contactor to pull, so that the disinfectant pump starts to work, then output the signal PLC, so that the washing conveying motor and the filling conveying chain motor work, then the bucket washing mechanism makes the barrel body step by step into each process to start washing, the washing time can be programmed by the PLC controller.After rinsing, the drum falls to the pail rack.

Filling Part The filling head adopted by this equipment, when the bucket is sent to the filling position, it will automatically drop the filling head under the control of PLC to fill the bucket.When filled, the filling valve returns and the bucket moves forward.After the cap manager is capped, he slips to the place where he hangs the cap and hangs the cap on the barrel.	Cap Pressing Part The gland is completed by the gland cylinder.When the bucket is close to the gland position, the detector detects and sends a signal, the gland cylinder moves instantaneously, and the gland is completed.With this form of capping, good effect, simple structure.

When you finish the preparation conditions(water resource,electricity,air supply,production materials) according to our designed layout , please contact with our sales manager, we will dispatch engineer to you.

Ø Collected your your comments on our machines , we will send feedback to our technical team to improve our machines continuously.
The customer should be responsible for the room, meals and board and the two-way air tickets and visa and fee as well the allowance 100 ~150 USD per day for each person. And should be also responsible for the engineer's personal safety.

Normally production time is around 30-60days , it depends on your ordered machines and quantity . The shipping time is based on your destination port.(Usually we use Shanghai port , Ningbo Port as loading port )
